Drip Haus is a clinical health service, not a goods retailer. This Service Delivery Policy explains how and where our services are delivered, including mobile and concierge services, in-clinic appointments, and physical product dispatch where applicable.


1. HOW WE DELIVER SERVICES
Drip Haus services are delivered in two ways:

  • In-Clinic: At our clinical partner locations across Perth, including Applecross (HQ) and various partner clinics. No travel fee applies to in-clinic appointments.
  • Mobile / Concierge: We come to you — at your home, hotel, workplace, or event. Travel fees apply to mobile appointments and are confirmed at the time of booking.

2. SERVICE AREAS
Drip Haus currently delivers services across:

  • Perth Metropolitan Area — in-clinic and mobile, including Applecross, Perth CBD, and surrounds
  • Broome — mobile services within Broome Town District. Appointments located 30+ minutes from Broome CBD may attract a call-out fee and require a minimum booking of two persons — confirmed at time of booking.
  • South West WA — scheduled mobile visits and pop-up clinics. Contact us to confirm current availability at your location.

3. TRAVEL & CALL-OUT FEES
All travel fees for mobile appointments are individually quoted and confirmed at the time of booking. Travel fees are clearly itemised on the client's final invoice. A travel fee estimate may be requested before booking by contacting us directly. Travel fees vary based on distance from the nearest Drip Haus clinical location.

A travel fee of $1.80 per kilometre may apply for late cancellations where the clinician has already commenced travel to the appointment.


4. PARKING & ACCESS
For mobile appointments, clients are responsible for providing adequate access and notifying Drip Haus of any parking restrictions or access requirements before the appointment. Drip Haus reserves the right to charge any reasonable parking fees incurred during a mobile appointment, which will be itemised on the invoice.


5. GROUP & CORPORATE BOOKINGS
Group and corporate booking arrangements, including onsite event services, are available across all service areas. A minimum booking size and deposit may apply. Contact admin@driphaus.com.au for group and corporate enquiries.


6. PHYSICAL PRODUCTS — DISPATCH & DELIVERY
Where physical products are purchased through driphaus.com.au (such as home support programme kits), the following applies:

  • All physical products require a valid prescription from a Drip Haus authorised prescriber prior to dispatch. Products will not be dispatched without a current, valid prescription on file.
  • Dispatch occurs within 5 business days of prescription confirmation.
  • Delivery is via tracked Australia Post or equivalent courier service.
  • Delivery timeframes are estimated and subject to carrier delays. Drip Haus is not responsible for carrier delays outside our control.
  • Delivery addresses must be within Australia. We do not deliver internationally.
  • If a product arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of receipt at admin@driphaus.com.au with your order details and a photograph of the issue.

7. GIFT CARDS
Gift cards purchased online are delivered electronically to the email address provided at checkout. Electronic delivery is typically immediate. If you do not receive your gift card within 1 hour of purchase, check your spam folder and then contact us at admin@driphaus.com.au.


8. APPOINTMENT BOOKINGS
Service delivery is by appointment only. All appointments must be booked through the official Drip Haus booking system at driphaus.com.au. Walk-in appointments are not available. Appointment availability varies by location and clinician schedule.
