IMPORTANT — PLEASE READ
These terms operate in conjunction with the Drip Haus Website Terms & Conditions available at driphaus.com.au/terms. In the event of any inconsistency between this document and the Website Terms & Conditions, the Website Terms & Conditions prevail.
These Package Terms & Conditions ('Package Terms') apply to the Drip Haus 'Buy 5, Receive 1 Complimentary' IV infusion package offer ('Offer'). By participating in this Offer, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Package Terms and the Drip Haus Website Terms & Conditions.

1. ELIGIBILITY
• The Offer is available to individuals aged 18 years and over
• Applies only to clients purchasing five (5) eligible, full-priced IV infusion treatments at the standard published rate
• The Offer is not available in conjunction with discounted, promotional, membership, or bundled pricing unless otherwise stated in writing by Drip Haus
• Call-out fees, prescription fees, and other additional charges are excluded from eligibility calculations
2. QUALIFYING TREATMENTS
• Only full-priced IV infusion treatments from the current Drip Haus service menu are eligible toward the package
• A current list of qualifying treatments is available at driphaus.com.au/services or on request from admin@driphaus.com.au
• Discounted, promotional, bundled, or membership-priced services are excluded from eligibility unless expressly stated
• Qualifying treatments must be booked and administered as individual appointments — package treatments cannot be pre-purchased in advance as a bundle
3. COMPLIMENTARY TREATMENT
• Upon successful completion of five (5) qualifying treatments, the client becomes eligible for one (1) complimentary IV infusion of equal or lesser value from the current Drip Haus service menu
• The complimentary treatment must be redeemed within six (6) months of the date the fifth qualifying treatment was administered
• The complimentary treatment is non-transferable — it cannot be assigned to another person
• The complimentary treatment cannot be exchanged for cash, Drip Wallet credit, or any alternative service
• The complimentary treatment is subject to individual clinical suitability assessment — see clause 4
4. CLINICAL SUITABILITY & ASSESSMENT
• All treatments, including the complimentary infusion, are subject to individual clinical suitability assessment by an AHPRA-registered Drip Haus clinician prior to administration
• Drip Haus reserves the right to modify, defer, or decline any treatment where it is not considered clinically appropriate — this includes the complimentary treatment
• If the chosen complimentary treatment is clinically contraindicated, Drip Haus may substitute an alternative treatment of equivalent or comparable clinical value at the attending clinician's discretion
• No cash equivalent, credit, or alternative compensation will be provided where a complimentary treatment cannot be delivered due to clinical contraindication
• Participation in this Offer does not influence or override clinical decision-making at any point
5. AHPRA COMPLIANCE — OFFER AS INDUCEMENT
The 'Buy 5, Receive 1 Complimentary' Offer constitutes an inducement under AHPRA advertising guidelines. In compliance with those guidelines:
• Full terms and conditions applicable to this Offer are set out in this document and on the Drip Haus website at driphaus.com.au/terms
• The complimentary treatment is not contingent upon receiving any specific clinical treatment — it is earned through completing five qualifying sessions of the client's choice
• The Offer does not encourage clinically inappropriate use of health services
• Drip Haus clinicians retain full clinical independence in determining appropriate treatment at all times
6. APPOINTMENTS & AVAILABILITY
• All treatments must be scheduled in advance through the official Drip Haus booking system at driphaus.com.au
• Appointments are subject to clinician availability
• Clients are responsible for managing their own bookings and redemption within the applicable timeframes
• Missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may result in forfeiture of that qualifying treatment session or a $75.00 late cancellation fee, at Drip Haus's discretion
7. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
• If a client cancels their participation before completing all five (5) qualifying treatments, eligibility for the complimentary treatment is forfeited
• Amounts paid for qualifying treatments completed prior to cancellation are non-refundable, except where required by the Australian Consumer Law
• The complimentary treatment itself is not eligible for refund, credit, or cash equivalent
• Where a Drip Haus clinician determines that further treatment is not clinically appropriate and no alternative can be agreed, the matter will be handled in accordance with the refund provisions in the Drip Haus Website Terms & Conditions (clause 5.3)
8. MODIFICATIONS TO THE OFFER
• Drip Haus reserves the right to modify or withdraw this Offer at any time
• Any changes will not affect clients who have already met the qualifying criteria (i.e. completed five qualifying treatments) before the change takes effect
• Drip Haus will provide reasonable written notice of any material modification to this Offer
9. HEALTH & SAFETY
• All services are delivered by AHPRA-registered nurses and paramedics in accordance with applicable clinical standards and regulatory requirements
• Clients must provide accurate and complete health information prior to each treatment
• Clients must notify Drip Haus of any changes in health status, new medications, or medical conditions before their next appointment
• Drip Haus holds professional indemnity insurance for all clinical team members in accordance with AHPRA registration requirements
10. PRIVACY
All personal and health information is collected, held, and used in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. Our full Privacy Policy is available at driphaus.com.au/privacy-policy.
11. COMPLAINTS & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Complaints and disputes arising from this Offer are handled in accordance with the complaints and dispute resolution process in the Drip Haus Website Terms & Conditions at driphaus.com.au/terms (Section 12).

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & ACL
To the extent permitted by law, Drip Haus is not liable for outcomes arising from inaccurate, incomplete, or undisclosed health information provided by the client. All treatments carry inherent risks, which will be discussed at consultation.
Nothing in these Package Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any right or remedy available to you under the Australian Consumer Law.
13. GENERAL
• These Package Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia and the Commonwealth of Australia
• If any provision is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force
• These Package Terms, together with the Drip Haus Website Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy, constitute the full agreement between you and Drip Haus in relation to this Offer
