Membership Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the Drip Haus Membership Program. These terms and conditions outline the agreement between Drip Haus and the member. By enrolling in the membership program, you agree to the following terms:

  1. Membership Eligibility
    Membership is open to individuals over 18 years of age. Members must complete a consultation with a qualified health professional prior to receiving any treatments. Treatments provided as part of the membership are only available to members after individual suitability is assessed.
  1. Health Assessment
    All members are required to undergo an initial health assessment by a Drip Haus practitioner before starting any IV therapy or treatments. This assessment ensures the treatment is appropriate for the individual’s health needs and that there are no contraindications. Continuing health assessments will be required based on the treatment plan, and Drip Haus reserves the right to adjust or withhold treatment if deemed medically necessary.
  1. Inclusions
    The Drip Haus Membership program provides access to various IV therapy treatments and wellness services based on the membership tier. The specific services and number of sessions included per month will be outlined in the membership package details. All services are subject to availability and the professional judgment of the health practitioner overseeing your treatment.
  1. Exclusions
    Membership does not cover any treatments not listed in the specific membership package, nor any services that are medically contraindicated for the member. Drip Haus reserves the right to modify or discontinue certain services without notice, in line with AHPRA guidelines and best practice health care standards.
  1. Payments, Cancellation and Refund Policy
    Minimum of 3 months commitment. After that memberships can be cancelled or paused by emailing bookings@driphaus.com.au Payment is on a monthly basis via direct debit Membership is automatically renewed unless cancelled by the member.
    Failure to make payments will result in a late payment fee of $50 Drips used through memberships with our mobile service may still have a call out fee to pay on the day Unused treatments do not roll over but memberships can be paused for 30 days.
    Refunds for unused services within a billing cycle are not available unless a health professional determines that the member cannot receive any treatments for medical reasons.
  1. Appointment Policy
    Appointments must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability. Members are encouraged to cancel or reschedule appointments at least 24 hours in advance. Missed appointments without prior notice may result in a cancellation fee or the forfeiture of that session for the month.
  1. Health and Safety
    All treatments provided through the membership program are administered in accordance with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) standards. Members are required to provide accurate medical information and update Drip Haus on any changes to their health status.
  1. Modifications to Terms
    Drip Haus reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any significant changes that impact their membership.

    Drip Haus may terminate or suspend membership without notice for any member found to be in violation of these terms and conditions or engaging in inappropriate conduct Drip Haus are not liable care for any loss, injury or damage incurred by the member during, or as a result of the membership or any related services
    Members should consult with a healthcare professional before receiving any treatments or drips
  1. Compliance with Health Regulations
    Drip Haus strictly adheres to AHPRA guidelines and all relevant health regulations. The information and services provided are based on current medical practices and the professional expertise of our licensed healthcare practitioners. No therapeutic claims are made beyond what is supported by evidence-based medicine.
  1. Limitation of Liability
    Drip Haus takes all reasonable steps to ensure the safety and well-being of its members during treatments. However, the member acknowledges that all treatments carry some level of risk, and Drip Haus is not liable for any adverse reactions or outcomes resulting from pre-existing conditions or undisclosed health information.
  1. Confidentiality
    All personal health information provided by members will be treated in strict confidence and in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). Drip Haus will not share member information with third parties without prior consent, except as required by law.

By signing up for the Drip Haus Membership Program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. Drip Haus reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time, and any modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on the Drip Haus website or on any other communication channels
