These terms operate in conjunction with the Drip Haus Website Terms & Conditions available at driphaus.com.au/terms. In the event of any inconsistency between this document and the Website Terms & Conditions, the Website Terms & Conditions prevail.
These Membership Terms & Conditions ('Membership Terms') govern your participation in the Drip Haus Membership Programme. By enrolling in any Drip Haus membership tier, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Membership Terms and the Drip Haus Website Terms & Conditions.
These Membership Terms were last updated: May 2026. Drip Haus reserves the right to update these terms at any time with written notice to enrolled members.
1. ELIGIBILITY
• Membership is available to individuals aged 18 years and over
• All members must complete a health consultation and be assessed as clinically suitable by an AHPRA-registered Drip Haus clinician prior to receiving any services
• Membership enrolment does not guarantee access to any specific treatment — clinical suitability is assessed independently for each service
2. CLINICAL ASSESSMENT & SUITABILITY
• All treatments are subject to initial and ongoing clinical assessment by an AHPRA-registered Drip Haus clinician
• Drip Haus reserves the right to modify, defer, or decline services where clinically appropriate — membership does not override clinical judgement
• Membership does not guarantee access to treatment where clinical suitability criteria are not met
• Individual suitability may change over time — members are required to disclose any changes in health status, medications, or medical conditions promptly
3. MEMBERSHIP INCLUSIONS & EXCLUSIONS
3.1 Inclusions
• Membership provides access to IV therapy and related services at a preferential rate, in accordance with the selected membership tier
• Specific inclusions, service frequency, and limits are defined within the applicable membership plan and the authenticated Drip Haus client portal
• All services are subject to availability, prior booking, and clinical oversight
3.2 Exclusions
• Services not included in the selected membership tier
• Treatments deemed clinically inappropriate or contraindicated for the member
• Mobile and concierge call-out fees (where applicable — see clause 7)
• Prescription fees, pathology fees, or referral fees
• Membership benefits are separate from promotional offers and do not influence clinical decision-making
• Membership pricing cannot be combined with Drip Wallet bonus credit or other promotional pricing unless expressly stated in writing by Drip Haus
4. PAYMENTS & BILLING
• Membership requires a minimum commitment of three (3) consecutive months from the date of enrolment
• Payments are processed monthly via direct debit on the same date each month as the initial enrolment date
• Membership renews automatically on a monthly basis following the initial 3-month period, unless cancelled in accordance with clause 5
• All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated
• Drip Haus reserves the right to amend membership pricing with 30 days' written notice to enrolled members
5. CANCELLATION & PAUSES
5.1 Cancellation
• Membership may be cancelled after the initial 3-month minimum commitment period by written request to admin@driphaus.com.au
• Cancellation requests must be received at least 7 business days before the next scheduled billing date to avoid the next monthly charge
• Cancellation requests submitted after this notice window will take effect from the following billing cycle
• Upon cancellation, any unused services in the current billing cycle are forfeited and not refunded
5.2 Pauses
• Membership may be paused for a maximum of 30 days per 12-month membership period, subject to approval by Drip Haus
• To request a pause, contact admin@driphaus.com.au stating the requested pause period
• Pause requests are assessed at Drip Haus's discretion. Approval is not guaranteed
• A maximum of one (1) pause is permitted per 12-month membership period
• Direct debit payments will be suspended for the approved pause period and resume automatically at the end of the pause
6. FEES & CHARGES
• Late or failed direct debit payments may incur an administrative fee of $15.00
• Drip Haus will make one (1) re-attempt for failed payments before contacting the member
• Unused services within a billing cycle do not roll over to the following month
7. APPOINTMENTS & CANCELLATIONS
• All appointments must be scheduled in advance through the official Drip Haus booking system at driphaus.com.au
• A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may result in forfeiture of that session or a $75.00 late cancellation fee
• No-shows may result in forfeiture of the session without refund
• Mobile and concierge services may attract an additional call-out fee — this will be confirmed at the time of booking
• A travel fee of $1.80 per kilometre may apply for late cancellations where the clinician has already commenced travel
8. REFUND POLICY
• Refunds are not provided for unused services within a billing cycle, except where required by the Australian Consumer Law
• Where a Drip Haus clinician determines that treatment cannot proceed for clinical reasons and no alternative can be agreed, a pro-rata credit or refund may be considered at Drip Haus's discretion
• Refunds for services fully delivered are not available except where required by the Australian Consumer Law
9. HEALTH & SAFETY
• All services are delivered by AHPRA-registered nurses and paramedics in accordance with applicable clinical standards, AHPRA requirements, and relevant legislation
• Members are required to provide accurate and complete health information prior to each treatment
• Members must notify Drip Haus of any changes in health status, new medications, or medical conditions before their next appointment
• Drip Haus holds professional indemnity insurance for all clinical team members in accordance with AHPRA registration requirements
10. AHPRA COMPLIANCE — MEMBERSHIP AS INDUCEMENT
Membership pricing and inclusions constitute an inducement under AHPRA advertising guidelines. In compliance with those guidelines:
• Full terms and conditions applicable to membership are set out in this document and on the Drip Haus website
• Membership benefits are not contingent upon receiving any specific clinical treatment
• Membership does not encourage clinically inappropriate use of health services
• Drip Haus clinicians retain full clinical independence in determining appropriate treatment at all times
11. PROGRAMME CHANGES
• Drip Haus reserves the right to amend membership inclusions, pricing, or terms at any time
• Members will be provided with a minimum of 30 days' written notice of any material changes affecting their membership
• If a member does not accept material changes, they may cancel their membership in accordance with clause 5 without penalty
12. PRIVACY & CONFIDENTIALITY

• Our full Privacy Policy is available at driphaus.com.au/privacy-policy
13. COMPLAINTS & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Nothing in these Membership Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any right or remedy available to you under the Australian Consumer Law. If a service fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a remedy including a refund, re-supply, or compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss.
