These Terms and Conditions ('Terms') govern your use of the Drip Haus website (driphaus.com.au), all related subdomains, and any services, bookings, memberships, or products accessed through this website. By accessing or using this website, booking a service, purchasing a membership, or acquiring a Drip Wallet, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use this website or engage Drip Haus services.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia and the Commonwealth of Australia, including the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010), the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), and applicable health legislation. Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any right you have under Australian law that cannot be excluded.
These Terms were last updated: May 2026. Drip Haus reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of this website following notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
1. ABOUT DRIP HAUS
1.1 Identity
Drip Haus is operated by Drip Haus Pty Ltd ('Drip Haus', 'we', 'us', 'our'), a company registered in Western Australia. Our principal place of business is Perth, Western Australia, with services also operating across Broome and South West WA.

1.2 Nature of Services
Drip Haus provides nurse-led and paramedic-led intravenous (IV) infusion therapy, NAD+ therapy, peptide protocols, wellness injections, and related longevity health services ('Services'). All clinical Services are delivered by Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)-registered nurses and/or paramedics. All treatments involving prescription medicines or therapeutic goods are administered under a valid prescription or standing order from an authorised prescriber.
Services are delivered at our Perth clinic locations, via mobile service across Western Australia, and via concierge and corporate arrangements.
2. CLINICAL & MEDICAL DISCLAIMER
2.1 Not Medical Advice
The information published on this website is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute medical advice, a diagnosis, a clinical assessment, or a treatment recommendation. Nothing on this website should be relied upon as a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional.

All Drip Haus clinical services are subject to an individual suitability assessment conducted by a qualified clinician prior to treatment. Drip Haus reserves the right to decline to provide any service to any person if, in the clinical judgement of our practitioners, that service is contraindicated, clinically inappropriate, or would not be in the person's best interest.
A free initial health consultation is available to all prospective clients. This consultation is genuinely educational and clinical in nature. It is not a guaranteed pathway to treatment.
2.3 AHPRA Advertising Compliance
Drip Haus is a provider of regulated health services under the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law. All advertising by Drip Haus is intended to comply with the AHPRA Advertising Guidelines, the Therapeutic Goods Advertising Code (TGAC), and applicable Australian Consumer Law.
In accordance with AHPRA guidelines:
• Drip Haus does not make claims of guaranteed clinical outcomes
• Testimonials describing clinical results are not republished on this website
• All references to treatments are intended to describe the service, not to make therapeutic claims about specific therapeutic goods
• Any pricing promotions include full applicable terms and conditions
2.4 TGA Compliance
Certain services offered by Drip Haus involve therapeutic goods as defined under the Therapeutic Goods Act 1989 (Cth). In accordance with TGA advertising obligations:
• Specific product ingredients, compound formulations, and prescription dosing information are not published on public-facing pages of this website
• Detailed treatment information, including personalised formulations, is provided to clients within the authenticated client portal following clinical consultation and prescription
• All therapeutic goods used by Drip Haus are sourced from TGA-compliant compounding pharmacies
3. USE OF THIS WEBSITE
3.1 Permitted Use
This website is made available for your personal, non-commercial use for the purpose of accessing information about Drip Haus services and making bookings. You must not use this website for any unlawful purpose, or in any way that damages, disables, or impairs the website or interferes with any other person's use.

4. BOOKINGS & APPOINTMENTS
4.1 Booking Process
All service bookings must be made through the official Drip Haus booking system accessible via driphaus.com.au. Drip Haus does not accept bookings via personal phone numbers, personal social media accounts, direct messaging applications, or email unless expressly directed to do so by an authorised Drip Haus team member.
A booking is not confirmed until you receive a written confirmation from Drip Haus. Confirmation may be provided via email or SMS through our booking system.
4.2 Pre-Treatment Requirements
Prior to your first appointment, you will be required to complete a Health & Medical History intake form. This information is used to assess your clinical suitability for treatment. You must complete this form accurately and truthfully. Failure to disclose relevant medical history may result in treatment being declined and may affect your safety.
Drip Haus reserves the right to request additional medical information, a GP clearance letter, or a pathology report prior to treatment at its clinical discretion.
4.3 Informed Consent
Informed consent must be obtained and documented before any treatment is administered. By attending your appointment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the consent documentation provided. You have the right to withdraw consent at any time prior to or during treatment.
4.4 Cancellation Policy

5. PRICING, PAYMENT & REFUNDS
5.1 Pricing
All prices displayed on this website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your booking is the price confirmed at the time of booking.
5.2 Payment Methods
Drip Haus accepts payment via:
• Credit card / debit card
• EFTPOS
• Cash
• Drip Wallet credit
• Bank transfer (corporate and group bookings only)
5.3 Refund Policy
5.3.1 Refunds for Services Not Delivered
If a service is cancelled by Drip Haus and cannot be rescheduled within a reasonable time, a full refund will be provided within 10 business days.
5.3.2 Refunds for Client-Initiated Cancellations
Refunds are subject to the cancellation policy in clause 4.4.
5.3.3 Clinical Suitability Refunds
If a client is deemed clinically unsuitable, and an alternative treatment cannot be agreed upon, a full refund of the session cost will be provided.
5.3.4 No Refunds for Completed Treatments
Drip Haus does not provide refunds for clinical services that have been fully administered, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.
6. DRIP WALLET — TERMS & CONDITIONS

6.2 Purchase & Activation
Drip Wallet credit is activated from the date of purchase confirmation.
6.3 Use of Drip Wallet Credit
Credit may not be:
• Exchanged for cash
• Transferred to another person
• Used to purchase another Drip Wallet
6.4 Expiry
Drip Wallet credit expires 12 months from purchase.
6.5 Complimentary Benefits — Clinical Suitability
All complimentary benefits remain subject to clinical suitability assessment.
6.6 Drip Wallet & ACL
The Drip Wallet is not a financial product regulated by ASIC.
6.7 AHPRA Compliance — Inducements
All bonus structures comply with AHPRA advertising guidelines.
6.8 Cancellation of Drip Wallet
Cancellation within 10 business days may receive a refund less any credit used.
7. MEMBERSHIPS & ONGOING ARRANGEMENTS
Membership terms, pricing, inclusions, and cancellation rights are governed by separate Membership Terms issued at enrolment.
8. CLINICAL HOME SUPPORT PROGRAMMES
Certain programmes may involve prescription-only clinical support components following consultation with an AHPRA-registered clinician.
Eligibility restrictions include:
• Under 18 years old
• Pregnant or breastfeeding
• Current or previous cancer under oncologist care
• Certain heart or kidney conditions
Drip Haus reserves the right to suspend or discontinue programmes where clinically appropriate.
9. PRIVACY & HEALTH INFORMATION
Drip Haus handles personal and health information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and Australian Privacy Principles.

10. SOCIAL MEDIA, REVIEWS & CLIENT CONTENT
Drip Haus may remove non-compliant content, testimonials, or clinical outcome claims from social media pages to maintain AHPRA compliance.
11. LIABILITY & INDEMNITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Drip Haus limits liability to the amount paid for the relevant service.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights under Australian Consumer Law.

13. GENERAL PROVISIONS
13.1 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia and the Commonwealth of Australia.
13.2 Severability
Invalid provisions will be severed without affecting remaining provisions.
13.3 Entire Agreement
These Terms, Privacy Policy, Membership Terms, and written service agreements constitute the entire agreement.
13.4 Waiver
Failure to enforce rights does not constitute waiver.
13.5 Updates to These Terms
Updated Terms will be published on this website with a revised last updated date.
