Overview

These Terms and Conditions apply to the DRIPHAUS “Buy 5, Receive 1 Complimentary” offer. By participating in this offer, you agree to the following terms.

Eligibility

• Available to individuals aged 18 years and over
• Applies only to clients purchasing five (5) eligible IV infusion treatments at standard pricing
• Call-outs, prescription fees, and other additional charges are excluded

Qualifying Treatments

• Only full-priced IV infusion treatments specified by DRIPHAUS are eligible
• Discounted, promotional, or bundled services are excluded unless otherwise stated

Complimentary Treatment

• Upon completion of five (5) qualifying treatments, clients are eligible for one (1) complimentary IV infusion of equal or lesser value
• The complimentary treatment must be redeemed within six (6) months of the fifth completed treatment
• The complimentary treatment is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for credit, or alternative services

Clinical Suitability and Assessment

• All treatments, including complimentary services, are subject to individual assessment and suitability
• DRIPHAUS reserves the right to modify, defer, or decline treatment where it is not considered clinically appropriate
• Participation in this offer does not influence or override clinical decision-making

Appointments and Availability

• All treatments must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability
• Clients are responsible for managing their bookings within the applicable timeframes
• Missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of the complimentary treatment at DRIPHAUS discretion

Cancellations and Refunds

• If a client cancels before completing all five (5) qualifying treatments, eligibility for the complimentary treatment is forfeited
• Complimentary treatments are not eligible for refund or credit
• Where a health professional determines that further treatment is not clinically appropriate, alternative arrangements may be considered at DRIPHAUS discretion

Modifications to Offer

• DRIPHAUS reserves the right to modify or withdraw this offer at any time
• Any changes will not affect clients who have already met the qualifying criteria

Health and Safety

• All services are delivered by qualified healthcare professionals in accordance with applicable clinical standards and regulatory requirements
• Clients must provide accurate and complete health information prior to treatment

Limitation of Liability

• To the extent permitted by law, DRIPHAUS is not liable for outcomes arising from inaccurate, incomplete, or undisclosed health information provided by the client
• All treatments carry inherent risks, which will be discussed during the consultation process

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.

By participating in this offer, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
