Terms and Conditions V3 May2026
Overview
These Terms and Conditions govern participation in the DRIPHAUS Membership Program. By enrolling, you agree to the following.
Eligibility
• Membership is available to individuals aged 18 years and over
• All members must complete a consultation and be assessed as suitable by a qualified health professional prior to receiving any services
Clinical Assessment and Suitability
• All treatments are subject to initial and ongoing clinical assessment
• DRIPHAUS reserves the right to modify, defer, or decline services where clinically appropriate
• Membership does not guarantee access to treatment where suitability criteria are not met
Membership Inclusions
• Membership provides access to IV therapy and related services in accordance with the selected membership tier
• Specific inclusions, frequency, and service limits are defined within the applicable membership plan
• All services are subject to availability and clinical oversight
Exclusions
• Services not included in the selected membership tier
• Treatments deemed clinically inappropriate or contraindicated
• Additional fees such as mobile call-out charges, where applicable
Payments and Billing
• Membership requires a minimum commitment of three (3) months
• Payments are processed monthly via direct debit
• Membership renews automatically on a monthly basis unless cancelled in accordance with this policy
Cancellations and Pauses
• Membership may be cancelled or paused after the initial 3-month period by written request to bookings@driphaus.com.au
• A minimum notice period may apply prior to the next billing cycle
• Memberships may be paused for up to 30 days, subject to approval
Fees and Charges
• Late or failed payments may incur an administrative fee
• Mobile services may attract additional call-out fees
• Unused services within a billing cycle do not roll over
Refund Policy
• Refunds are not provided for unused services within a billing cycle
• Exceptions may apply where a qualified health professional determines that treatment cannot proceed for clinical reasons
Appointments
• All appointments must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability
• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling
• Missed appointments may result in forfeiture of the session or a cancellation fee
Health and Safety
• All services are delivered by qualified healthcare professionals in accordance with AHPRA standards and applicable regulations
• Members are required to provide accurate and up-to-date health information
Program Changes
• DRIPHAUS reserves the right to amend membership inclusions, pricing, or terms at any time
• Members will be notified of any material changes affecting their membership
Promotional Separation
• Membership benefits are separate from promotional offers and do not influence clinical decision-making
Confidentiality and Privacy
• All personal and health information is handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth)
• Information will not be disclosed without consent unless required by law
Limitation of Liability
• To the extent permitted by law, DRIPHAUS is not liable for outcomes arising from inaccurate or incomplete health information provided by the member
• All treatments carry inherent risks, which will be discussed during consultation
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.

By enrolling in the DRIPHAUS Membership Program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
